Belantis Attractions

Belantis-also known as the “Kingdom of Adventure”-is the largest amusement park in central and eastern Germany. Located just outside Leipzig on the site of a former lignite mine, it offers a unique experience of traveling through time and space. It
Belantis is divided into 8 realms that take guests on a journey through history and mythology:Amusement parks

  • Belantis Castle (Schloss Belantis): A grand entrance in the Baroque style. Here you’ll find classic carousels and food stands.
  • Valley of the Pharaohs (Tal der Pharaonen): Here, the Fluch des Pharao reigns supreme-a spectacular boat ride from inside a gigantic pyramid (the tallest of its kind in Europe).
  • Beach of the Gods (Strand der Götter): Ancient Greece in a nutshell. The main attraction is the Götterflug, an interactive carousel where you use wings to decide whether you want to glide peacefully or do barrel rolls in the air.
  • Land of the Counts (Land der Grafen): The atmosphere of medieval Germany. Among other things, the Drachenritt awaits you here-a family roller coaster hidden within the castle walls.
Island of the Knights (Insel der Ritter): A place for little explorers with mazes and knightly tournaments.
  • Coast of Explorers (Küste der Entdecker): A pirate land featuring the iconic Santa Maria ship and a pirate school.
  • Indian Prairie (Prärie der Indianer): Experience the Wild West and the giant swing ride Belanitus Rache.
  • Kingdom of the Sun Temple (Reich des Sonnentempels): Home to the most extreme attraction-Huracan. It is a red roller coaster with a vertical launch and a 95-degree drop, as well as five inversions.
