Legendia Slaskie Wesole Miasteczko is the oldest amusement park in Poland. It was opened in 1959 and covers an area of over 25 hectares. The amusement park is located in the Silesian Park in Chorzow, near the border with Katowice in Upper Silesia. Legendia has over 40 attractions of various types, both for the little ones and for those looking for extreme challenges. These include the Ferris wheel (Legendia Flower), the roller coasters Lech Coaster and Devil’s Loop, as well as water attractions such as the Diamond River and Dolina Jagi.
The amusement park is mainly suitable for families with children. There are numerous shops and restaurants on the premises and convenient accommodations nearby.
