Majaland Kownaty is a family Amusement park in the village of Kownaty next to the German border. It’s partially enclosed and therefore can be open the whole year.
Majaland was open in 2018 for families with children. It was inspired by characters such as Maja the Bee, Vicki Wiking or Heidi.

The main attraction of Majaland amusement park is its indoor part, which is open all year round. Among the rest, roller coasters are worth mentioning:

History of the amusement park
The construction of Majaland Kownaty began in 2016 in the village of Kownaty. The park was open two years later, on June 20, 2018. In the beginning, mainly the part inside the building operated, which was expanded over time. In 2019, an outer thematic part was opened – Wickieland with attractions related to this fairy-tale character, as well as the Werewolf roller coaster.
Under Plopsa wings
The park operates under the Plopsa brand, managed by the Belgian studio 100 company. The company was founded in 1996 and apart from managing and building amusement parks, it also produces films, series and TV programs. The first Plopsa amusement park was established in 2000 in De Panne, Belgium. Currently, amusement parks are located in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Poland. The company’s offer is complemented by water parks, shops, hotels, campsites located next to the entertainment center. The responsible entity in Poland is Kownaty Park I Sp. z o.o. ul. Price list and opening hours
Majaland Kownaty amusement park is open all year round, subject to maintenance days. The park opens at 10 AM and is open until the evening hours.
Tickets can be purchased at the box office or purchased online in advance to avoid queues. Children under 85cm enter the park for PLN 1, while other ticket prices start from PLN 49. You can also purchase an annual ticket to Majaland, which entitles you to an unlimited number of entries to the theme park. Tickets to Majaland are sold electronically. That means that after making the purchase, the tickets will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the order. These tickets can be used electronically or printed at home. You can pay for the tickets via electronic payment by providing your Visa, Maestro or Mastercard.

Getting to Majaland
Majaland is located in the village of Kownaty (between Świebodzin and Frankfurt am Oder) in western Poland. The easiest way to get there is via the A2 motorway via the Torzym exit.

Accommodation
Majaland doesn’t offer any accommodation in the amusement park, and at the moment doesn’t have its hotel. However, in the town of Torzym or in the nearby Sulęcin, you can find convenient hotels or private accommodation.
